Outdated guide in README.md

Current guide does not result in working cluster.

Dashboard install instructions not current (can fix by using "offical" arm installation of kubernetes-dashboard-arm). No "heapster.yaml" in demos folder. Seems to be deprecated in current repo, but instructions still reference.
