TIM shows refining on Stone when its not

In the below image, TIM shows it's working with 8 refineries on Stone. Even though it's way past the Quota.

The Refineries all have 0.01 Kg stone in their first slot, then some other material, e.g. Cobalt. Why is this 0.01 Kg stone left over? :|
