Nanite Factory tags not working unless Scan Welders is turned on

Nanite factory and inventory is an IMyShipWelder type which isn't turned on by default. Fix with IMyOxygenFarm no longer seems to work.

Nanite Factory is an overdeveloped joke! It causes FAR more problems than its worth! You would be far better off using Build and Repair in every way you could imagine!
