How to add Alloy Plates?

The Industrial sized mod adds Alloy Plates (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=481012219&searchtext=advanced+refinery)

I made this change to the script but the items won't queue: Component/ /AlloyPlate,500,1% /BulletproofGlass,50,2% /Computer,30,5%,,ComputerComponent /Construction,150,19%,,ConstructionComponent

The quota screen just says AlloyPlate 0 0%

[TIM AUTO] is on all assemblers.
