Add some UI for managing calendars

Even a basic UI with a text field for entering a URL would be useful.

Added some extremely simple UI for this: https://github.com/luser/calendarview/commit/0cc136f59fc269dc63a8b7d64ef04cc0439891a3

It has an "Add Google Calendars" button which auths to Google and just adds all calendars from the Google account, and an "Add ICS Calendar" with a text field for a URL.
