vs-popup is not sticky

Hello sir,

vs-popup under (vuesax control) is not treated as sticky on page. so can you please help me how to make sticky or fix to vs-popup. it should be dismiss after user's manual cancel button click. I found after search https://lusaxweb.github.io/vuesax/components/popup.html but there is nothing like what i want. all popup are hiding once user click on screen at anywhere.
