Cannot scroll after using `gg` or `G`

After using either the gg command to go the top of a page, saka-key will not let me scroll down using j. Instead, the page will scroll down briefly and then jump back to the top, as if I had pressed jgg quickly. Similarly, after using G to go to the bottom of a page, I can't scroll up using k. These appear to be the only commands that don't work; D and S seem to be fine, as well as the built-in firefox SPC and S-SPC commands.

I am using Firefox 57 (Quantum).

In fact, this is happening for me even when I press the page up/down commands, or the half page up/down commands. If it changes anything, I've remapped those commands to u, d, U, and D respectively.
