Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Server with HTTP2 without TLS can't be used as backend

Describe the solution you'd like Add h2c:// as supported protocol scheme

Describe alternatives you've considered Plugins but not sure if it is possible and it seems better to fix natively
