Add the new patrol command to the core

It is planned, but it's probably gonna happen next year since most folks are on holidays.

I was thinking where we could fit a patrol command. On which button I mean.

Wasn't Alt+A the toggle auto attack? I used that fairly much. I wonder where we can move it.

Pretty sure it was a duplicate of normal A, just intended to be normal cast, not quick cast. (Which I don't think worked as intended)

Alt+S is in fact toggle auto-attack

I think with this change the ALT visual keyboard layout needs to be changed to show the patrol command on Alt+A
