Recently, I read this paper introducing the ECNet, and I think it has huge potetial for enzyme engineering. But, I have a question on the software. If I only have a wild type protein seuqence, no muation data would accessible. Could I use the tool to obtain some suggestions for guiding enyzme engineering? Thank you for giving me a favor.
