使用koyeb代替heroku/railway

目前推荐通过 heroku 部署，其它小厂商扛不住，人一多就会改变服务条款。唯独 heroku 已经稳定好多年了。

heroku也抗不住了，已经收到通知了， 2022 年 11 月 28 日开始收费。

为啥我一注册koyeb就被封。。。。。。刚注册完显示检查，然后就显示”We cannot offer you access to Koyeb Your account matches patterns often associated with violations of our Terms of Service.

我现在依然是一注册就封号，注册一个封一个，不知道搞什么鬼

啥也没说，刚注册就跟别人一样发验证链接到邮箱，点了链接之后审核，但大概十几秒之后就是图中这样了
