在创建完QgsLayerTreeView能否直接调用qgis右键菜单，还是只能自定义QgsLayerTreeViewMenuProvider菜单

这个项目是基于qgis的二次开发，不能直接使用QGIS Desktop的功能，所有功能都要自己开发
