### 平台 | Platform Windows11 ### 问题描述 | Bug Description 复现步骤: 1. 添加服务端自动更新整合包 2. 打开模组管理，反勾选某个客户端模组 3. 启动游戏，会发现该客户端模组仍然会被重新下载并使用 期望结果: 当客户端模组被手动disable之后，启动时不应该再重新下载该模组。毕竟不是服务端模组，没必要强制客户端使用。 原因分析: 猜测是因为，目前disable 模组 是通过 将模组 .jar 文件后缀改为 .disabled 来实现的，然后在启动游戏的时候，由于使用了服务端自动更新整合包，于是自动检查模组 .jar 文件是否存在，发现不存在，于是又重新下载。...
