site1 accepts all the years of the film but no site2 site2 film only from 2013 onwards then the bot should show the title of the movie or from .nfo or on sitebot announce

That is a feature that could be added to the frontend clients, like clomps and clomps-irc yes, not really needed in the FXP.One engine.

Although, you could manually achieve this with ACCEPT=2013/2014/2015 since scene rules dictate year should be in the name... Could be awkward with movies named after years though :)
