update test for feedback, comment, dataset, user

Add the automation test playwright for these tests:

• Datasets

• Create a text dataset
• Create a chat dataset
• Delete a dataset

Users

• Search for a user
• Clicking on user in user list should open the user page

Feedback

• Adding a thumb up/down to a from a llm call in the dashboard in a llm call side panel. It should then be display to in the table
