Product types extended

With this PR you can now setup your Product Options for each ProductType. The changes you make here will be stored with the product type attribute data.

You can currently sort through each product option group and attach or detach and sort the options values. Planned for later buttons disabled for now the ability to create an option or value directly from the product type screen.

Note: The next PR planned will automatically select these options and values on the product edit screen by ProductType. We could go one step further with this one and automatically create the variants.

This PR also includes #412 #414 Each group created will be displayed on the product type page. Additional example below with the new product feature groups.

I will leave this one in draft for now to continue working on this and hopefully get those other PR's merged before this one 😬
