Re-submitted #405 PR due to auto closed, renamed branch to split out functionality. This one is specifically for managing product features, in draft as refactor is planned once approved, so the code can then be reused extracted into traits to create the same for managing Attribute Options in the same way. As some of my other PR's will depend on this one. I will look into package wide component refactoring later so ready for this one to be reviewed.
Same as #419 let's put this to draft for now as improvements can be made for these sortable nested lists.
Closing as this has been draft for a long time now. Feel free to open a new PR if it progresses.
