Automatic Currency Conversion

Automatic currency conversion should provide an Observer to the default currency pricing. When the default prices are changed, the other prices for a product should be updated based upon the currency conversion value in the database.

In the hub UI, only the default prices should be editable.

This feature should be controlled by a config value in the core package.
