Windows binaries for LUA 5.2?

I have found only binaries for LUA 5.1 here http://files.luaforge.net/releases/luasql/luasql/LuaSQL2.1.1

I can not find binaries of LuaSQL for LUA 5.2, and there are no any instructions about how to build it on Windows.
