Document installation requirements

Installing this module on Windows via luarocks requires you

  • to install VC++ compilers
  • and Windows 10 SDK for VS,
  • run luarocks install luafilesystem from a special terminal, Visual Studio's Developer Command Prompt with administrator rights, in 32-bit mode.
