Breaks when GUI Scale is less than `100%`

The background is not displayed correctly if the GUI is scaled smaller than 100%. As an example like in the picture where the GUI scale is set to -1 (80%).

I've been taking a break on this project for a bit, I'm aware of the problem though.

This isn't a proper fix, but you I'd recommend not going less than 100% scale as it can cause other parts of the editor to look not so great due to scaling down. Instead reducing the font size of various parts will result in nicer overall rendering.
