RandomThings-MC1.12.2-4.2.7.3 Spectre Anchor bug

While use on any item when you die, this item just dissapear. I use on items from mods: Actualy Additions; Extra Utilities 2; Random Things.

Extra clarification:

any item anchored will just poof gone with spongeforge installed I have an issue with this because players are losing items and even with a gravestone mod, it still just disappears

Anyone been able to figure this out? I've been trying various things but haven't found any solution.

In 4.2.7.4 items disappear too, i had 6 items anchored and all disappeared
