Item Collector grabs items from Immersive Engineering's conveyor belts

Most magnets don't affect Immersive Engineering's conveyor belts. This makes it very difficult to use the two mods in close proximity to each other.

use advanced item collector, it has a filter and range setting

The issue I was running into was that I was using an item collector to drop items onto a conveyor belt. A filter doesn't work in this case because the items I'm collecting are the same ones on the conveyor belt.
