Option to use the blacklist as a whitelist

It would be nice to be able to switch the blacklist option to be used as a whitelist instead at the user's choice, to allow easily setting the darkness to only apply on the surface (overworld) dimension.

Bump.

I want this mod to not apply to DimensionalDoors dimensions. But I can't do this since DimensionalDoors operates across an arbitrarily large number of dimension ids, and I can't have a massive blacklist.
