Standalone live-code view for shareable examples

The idea here is to make a web page that has a standalone full-width/height version of Lume's <live-code> editor (for example the editor seen here) and make it have shareable links so that

• any examples we make can be shared
• any examples other people make can be shared (f.e. in forums, chat, twitter, etc)
• it is easier to provide reproductions for bug reports
• etc

Eventually we can save these examples to user profiles when we add a backend with login.
