No more global.js file?

Hi there! I've been trying to follow the instructions on how to use the library but they all reference importing a file named global.js from the dist folder. However, installing from NPM, that file no longer exists from version 3+. Is this file no longer there intentionally and if so, can the usage docs be updated?
