[Feature Request] Send WiFi-Channel thru MQTT

Since I got this fancy error message this morning i suggest sending WiFi channel via MQTT for Debug purposes.

BTW, hat to restart my Speedport router because noting worked then: No AHOY, no TASMOTA, no Home Assistant, no DNS, ... Don't know the reason

P.S. It did not restart the DTU. Uptime 600000 seconds. Why? Since I have not installed the the new cable yet there is no inverter production and only temperature values are transmitted.
