User Interface Rewrite

We are currently in a middle of a user interface rewrite.

We are planning on removing the React.js web app in favor of one that is powered using HTMX and Razor Templates. If you have any questions about this, feel free to comment below or visit the developer text channel in our Discord server.

If you are a developer, take this as a warning to not make any major changes to the interface, or else your pull request may be rejected.

Following changes may be rejected:

• changing styling of interface components
• revamping interface components
• javascript improvements

Following minor changes may be approved:

• fixing existing interface bugs/issues
• new feature requires new interface controls
