Unnecessary dependency executables copied from Setup

Some dependencies are being copied to the root directory after installing. This does not occur in version 1.2.X, not sure if was occurring in nightly releases up to 1.3.0 before. Only recently noticed this.

It also seems that older versions are not being removed.
