Terms and conditions in registry.ftl

Just discovered this theme. Very nice.

In Keycloak 22.0.0 they added the option for terms and conditions on the registry page. See https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak/pull/7938.

Would be nice if the theme supported that also. Thanks.
