Not able to create xcode file

Hi, i have downloaded the code from repo and couldn't find the file "third_party/expat". Under the third_party folder no such file "expat" found. I really need to compile and run the code. Please let me know the steps to create the xCode project file.

I have downloaded the code and tried to follow the instructions written in readme.txt. Please tell me the instructions which needs to be followed, as i'm not able to find those anywhere except in readme.txt.
