Add hCaptcha support

I'd like to offer hCaptcha support as an alternative to reCaptcha. I think I want it to be switch and swap, with 0 work needed to swap between the 2 other than changing <x-honey recaptcha /> to <x-honey hcaptcha />. I'm working on this now, but any thoughts/suggestions are more than welcome.

That would be a really great addition and the switch & swap solution looks good to me!
