Add custom host support for testing mail sending in localhost by ghashange/sendgrid-mock docker image

I'd be happy to merge into https://github.com/jcamp-code/FluentEmail but you'd need to update to be a non-breaking change, perhaps by adding a constructor for the host rather than changing the signature of the existing one.
