Improve documentation around replay

There are quite a few places it mentions replay, e.g. the README, the Haddock, the wiki. But none point out that producing these logs is best done with resCaptureFile. It would be great to include a full tutorial explaining how to do it, but just pointing out that lexeme would be a great start.
