Disable response to horizontal scrolling ?

Is it possible to disable the response to horizontal scrolling ?

I mean when I swipe horizontally from left to right (or the opposite) I jump from section to section too.

Is it possible to disable that ?

Wondering the same thing. Now the page scrolls to the next section when trying to scroll horizontally.
