Scroll jumps in macOS Safari

I'm using the scrollify plugin at http://welovejouvert.herokuapp.com/#landingpage

Works good in latest Opera on macOS

on Safari( 10.1) it does not seem to "snap" and jumps/ rubber bands into the sections when scrolling back up. I've disabled it on mobile.

Any clue on this? This looks like a bug with scrollify?

I'm having the same issue in safari. Scrolling down is fine but when i scroll up quickly from the bottom it rubber bands/jumps
