Scrolling with scrollbar

if section have one full height snapped section and second more than full height snapped section when we are trying to scroll down using scrollbar at the right to the bottom it takes me to top of the second snapped section every time although with mousewheel it works fine

Unfortunately, the issue is still occurring for me.

I'm getting a similar problem currently - when using the scrollbar or arrows to scroll down past standardScrollElements which are taller than full height, it snaps back to the previous section, so you can't see all the content of the second panel. Any workaround for this?
