Run shortcut does not work with Vim binding activated

I'm using v3.0.3-1 on a Linux machine. When the Vim key-bindings is activated, and I'm in the normal mode, the Shortcut CTRL+R doesn't run the code. (When I'm in insert mode, it does work)
