[BUG] 3.0.3 "ask before close tab" locks popup

When I check ask before close tab in the settings, after the popup is displayed, it is not clickable. The popup must lose focus (I must click anything outside the editing area) and only then will the popup work. Clicking on the title bar or tools also releases this strange lock.
