Add GitHub themes

Hey, I think it would be really cool if there was an ability to use one of the light and dark (+ dimmed dark) GitHub themes. As a reference I leave the link to them -> https://github.com/primer/github-vscode-theme.

GitHub themes are really popular and I guess there are lots of people who enjoy having their tools using similar theming if possible.

Things to consider is if they could be used in a free tier or with license.

Looking forward hearing from You @lukehaas what do You think about that idea. 😃

I totally support the idea. While the app is really good, there is a lack of good light color themes for it.
