The domain api.quotable.com does not have the correct records for DNSSEC

Describe the bug The various bug reports on API being down are related to this. Essentially, if the user router DNS resolver is forcing DNSSEC validation, it fails because of incorrect DNS configuration.

@lukePeavey you or whoever the domain owner is would probably have to reach out to the domain registrar support and they can help fix this.

The issue still persists. I am using the API for one of the apps that I have built, but am encountering the same issue with my network and a few of the others that I have tried. @lukePeavey could you please look into fixing this server error ? Thanks.

The best fix would be to use let's encrypt for a new certificate
