The link to Cadasta went to a JPEG file

It went to https://cadasta.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/careers.jpg

The link I gave is to the home page of Cadasta. When I went to the link on your README, it went to a JPEG file located here: https://cadasta.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/careers.jpg

I know that going to the home page isn't ideal. I tried shortening the link to about-us-3, but that resulted in a HTTP 404.
