Upgrade to Angular 8

Please, upgrade the project to Angular 8, because this project cannot be used with Ivy renderer. (I have to get rid of using ngx-gallery, if we switch on Ivy.) In addition, it would make performance better.

@lukasz-galka It package still supported? A PR #286 has been created and you not have approved it.

https://github.com/kolkov/ngx-gallery I try to recreate this package under Angular 8 library project. This worked, but I see one bug when click on arrows.

This Bug fixed in v1.0.2.
