Auto mode enabled on HP07/09 every time unit is turned on even when auto mode setting in hoobs is disabled? Is there a fix for this? Currently when using HomeKit I have to manually adjust fan speed everytime I turn on which is non ideal

I'm seeing the same issue here on my TP04. I've verified enableAutoModeWhenActivating is set to false.

This is still an issue with the latest release. Is this a known issue / on the list to fix? (also happening on TP09)
