Create a DiagramBuilder

The primitives have a lot of potential options; there are also some (hidden) global options like font-size, margins at such. To keep the API short, most of this is currently unreachable.

What we probably want is a DiagramBuilder-struct that has some sensible defaults, allows changes and creates primitives from those options.
