Restarting a paused timer leads to time skip at unpause

Pausing a timer works as intended, but when you restart the timer, resetting it to it's original value, it will - upon unpause - (apparently) skip forward the time it was paused.

This probably affects all versions which include the pause feature, meaning the 1.3 version numbers.
