Ooh, it's probably expecting to find which Windows theme (light or dark) is active, but Windows 7 didn't have any of those - hence something is missing there.

I invite you to use a version prior to 1.2, as the theming stuff was first implement with that version. This version should work in the meantime, if I'm not mistaken.

Can you try installing the following version, this one should include the missing dependency

I just removed a dependency that was likely the issue, but I don't have a Win7 system to test this on. If you can, please try this current build:
