Hi @stefanomondino. Unfortunately I'm not working with maps at all, so I can't think of suitable content for this kind of feature. But feel free to implement this functionality by yourself and open a pull request.

Thanks for the suggestion, I thinks this might indeed provide some value for maps-based projects. I'll left this issue open for further reference.
