Convert to Vue SFC, use kirbyup & minor refactors

Hey Lukas,

first, let me share my appreciation of your plugin. What a great one! Well written as well. A feast for the eyes. 🙃

I have some ideas, packed into snackable commits. Mainly:

• converting to a Vue single file template
• bundling with kirbyup
• minor refactorizations to simplify some logic

Maybe they changes requested appeal to you.

Oh wow. Thank you for putting so much effort into this and for the kind words 🙂 Currently a bit swamped and also still need to write docs for the new script binding feature. But will definitely have a closer look once I find the time.
