[BUG] Settings Page - Scroll Position between tabs

Describe the bug The scroll position is stuck across the tabs on the Settings Page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Click on any other tab on the Settings Page say Editor etc.
4. The page gets displayed scrolled all the way to the bottom.

Expected behavior The tabs should ideally open at the top of the page.
